Römertopf Cress Hedgehog
The importance of sprouts and “microgreens” for health cannot be overestimated. Make a start – with our cress hedgehog. In it, cress can be grown quite easily and, in the truest sense of the word, quite naturally on the windowsill. “Natural” because the clay from which the hedgehog is made is a material without artificial additives. This means that no pollutants get into the cress, which is also continuously supplied with moisture.
When it has grown up after a few days, it is used for seasoning soups and dips, for example. But you can also sprinkle it on salads or simply on a sandwich. By the way, the pretty hedgehog with its appetising green is also a pretty decoration for the kitchen. The hedgehog is easy to clean by hand, but can also be put in the dishwasher if desired.
