The ceramic tray catches the dripping water so that the system can be placed anywhere. The seeds are soaked in the sprout jar, rinsed and grown until harvest.<\/p>\n Attention: Not suitable for slime-forming seeds<\/strong> (e.g. cress, rocket, mustard, linseed), which require a “dormant soil”. The Eschenfeld cress sieves<\/a> are suitable for this.<\/p>\n Tip:<\/strong> Colour changes in the stainless steel sieve are not rust (!), but are caused by the essential oils in the sprouts.
