If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website or our services.

General Terms & Conditions
The LUBA online & print catalog is for information purpose only.
It does not represent an offer in the legal sense, and is aimed at end consumers. For our B2B devision, our retail customers can request our trader price list.
Prices
All prices in our catalog or website are inclusive of 19% VAT or the reduced tax rate of 7% unless specified otherwise.
Warranty claim
If, despite strict quality control you require to enter a warranty claim, please notify us immediately. We will send you a DHL shipping label. Please do not send your package to us without our prior knowledge and consent. Normally products repaired under warranty will be shipped back to you within a few days.
Replacement parts
We have a large and well-stocked spare parts warehouse. Our experience shows that 50% of all spare parts bought from us without contacting our service department first, are the wrong parts. To avoid this problem, you can send us a defective part, a photo or a sketch. Please note the device model number, this is very important! It is also helpful if you know the age of the unit.
Retention of ownership
Only with the fulfilment of the current or upcoming claim from the business relationship, the ownership of the order moves to you.
Misprints / Mistakes
For misprints and mistakes we do not assume liability. Minor changes to the product design and scope of supply can be made without notice. The dimensions, explanations and illustrations contained in the product are customary approximations. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. With the publication of a new catalogue, all prices in earlier catalogues become invalid.
Notes on data protection
We process your data to process your request or your order and the maintenance of ongoing customer relations. Our authorised service providers receive your data only insofar as they are necessary to process your order.
Payment & Delivery (B2B)
– Up to 30.00 € a small-quantity surcharge of € 3.50 applies.
– Up to 180,00 € order value within Germany and Austria we charge a shipping fee of 5.90 €.
– Up to 150,00 € order value within United Kingdom and Ireland we charge a shipping fee of 15.00 €.
– Deliveries outside of Germany, Austria, United Kingdom and Ireland will always incur shipping costs based on number of parcels, dimensions & weight.
– Payment is due within 30 days NET or 8 days with 2% early payment discount for invoice amounts over 25 €.
– Invoice amounts under € 25.00, repairs and spare parts are payable due before shipment can be made.
– Payment by direct debit agreement is eligible for the 2% early payment discount.
– Excluded from the early payment discount scheme are price-controlled goods such as Books
– For return debit notes we charge a processing fee of 11.60 €.
– COD delivery is available, postage and delivery fee will apply.
– Terms can be amended for individual customers. Repeat late payments for example can result in requiring pre-payments going forward.
– We reserve the right to change these payment & delivery terms if necessary with no advance notice.

– Up to 100,00 € order value we charge a shipping fee of 5.90 €.
– Payment is due before dispatch.
– For return debit notes we charge a processing fee of 11.60 €.
– COD delivery is available, postage and delivery fee will apply.

– We reserve the right to change these payment & delivery terms if necessary with no advance notice.
Special Returns Policy for Consumers (not companies) within the EU:
As per regulations, we give consumers the opportunity to return delivered goods within 14 days. Please announce your return request within 14 days after receipt of goods. You can reach our service team from Monday to Friday from 8.00-12.00 and 13.00-17.00 by calling 06172-94800 who will clarify the return formalities with you. If you cannot reach us by phone, you can also contact us by fax, e-mail or in writing.

After receipt of your letter or call, we will send you an e-mail with a pre-filled out and pre-paid DHL shipping label and the Consignment receipt. Please package the goods carefully and and take the package to your nearest post office. When returning the goods not relating to a mistake made by us, we will pay shipping if the value exceeds 40.00 euros. Please otherwise stamp the shipments adequately. You should remember that returns without adequate postage paid, for organisational reasons and without exception, we cannot accept these and the post office is instructed to automatically return them to the sender. A claim for credit or refund of the purchase price does not exist if the value of the goods is diminished by use which goes beyond the usual examination as performed in a store, through damage to the goods or their packaging, or by other circumstances that represent a reduction in value to LUBA. In this case, LUBA will make an appropriate deduction for impairment on a per case decision. If the impairment of the purchased item is so substantial that for LUBA a resale of the goods is impossible or only with unjustifiable losses, a return of the goods is excluded.
