Master Distribution
While everyone would love to sell direct to get more margin, our preferred method is the master distribution model. Using a network of sub-distributors in each country we can guarantee a swift and cost effective way for your expansion. All orders are processed and shipped from our central warehouse in Germany.
Utilising this model means that you deal with just a single point of contact for a multitude of territories regarding forecasting, order placement, customer service questions, R&D feedback, marketing and billing.
We work on consignment basis with suppliers which means we can keep our margins extremely low while enabling you to make executive decisions on the products you wish to launch, the stock levels you want to be held, when to produce and ship and can even remove stock from our warehouse to satisfy shortages anywhere in the world with absolute ease as if we were simply an external warehouse.

Warehousing
If you are looking for a place to warehouse your inventory, we can take care of that.
This is particularly beneficial if you are using expensive 3PLs across Europe to warehouse customer returns & overstock from TV-airings or large retailers. You can pool all the inventory with us for storage. We can also review, repair, refurbish, strip-for parts and recycle the returned goods.
