The special breathable clay from the Westerwald region provides the necessary air circulation like a natural air conditioner with its ingenious ventilation holes (2×3). The unglazed underside of the lid binds excess moisture. The bottom part is glazed on the inside, making it easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
