The classic at festivals and fairs. Chestnuts are particularly popular during the cosy autumn and winter months. With the Stöckli chestnut oven, you can bring the delicious aroma of chestnuts into your home.

Preparation in the chestnut roaster

With a heating time of approx. 5 minutes and approx. 500 grams of chestnuts, it takes approx. 15 – 20 minutes until the chestnuts are fully cooked. Stir occasionally, otherwise leave the lid on for a better result. Score the chestnuts on the wide side (preferably a cross cut) and place in the preheated chestnut oven. A chestnut knife is ideal for carving the chestnuts. This can be purchased separately as an accessory.
