Backmeister Big Black 68525 Bread Maker Unold
Light, medium or dark – the BPA-free breadmaker BACKMEISTER® Big Black offers the preferred browning degree and the desired bread size: 1.000/1.250/1.500 g bread weight. And that’s not the end of the variety! 15 preset programs are the basis of home made variety. E.g. for gluten-free bread, for jam/marmelade, for cake, for pasta dough, for yoghurt. The powerful and robust motor mixes all ingredients perfectly in the large removable bread mould (with ceramic nonstick coating) and two kneading blades. Two large windows allow to follow up the progress of the programs.
The timer button allows to preset the start for up to 15 hours – and in case of a power outage, the program status is kept for about 15 minutes and continues with the chosen program after the power is back. The user friendly, lighted LCD display allows to choose the bread size and browning degree – and even when preparing a heavy bread dough, the non-slip feet of the breadmaker BACKMEISTER® Big Black ensure a safe stand. The whole set includes a measuring cup and spoon, 2 kneading blades, a hook for removing the kneading blades, the removable bread mould and an instruction manual with a lot of recipes.
