The universal mincer makes short work of almost anything you put on the table: vegetables, fruit, fish and meat. Whether raw or cooked. This is ensured by the sturdy steel blade with its impressive shredding performance. The scope of delivery includes a wing blade and a 4.5 mm perforated disk made of stainless steel, as well as the biscuit attachment. The universal mincer or universal mincer attachment can be connected to the Culina and Varius motor drives or used with a manual drive.

Proven accessories for most food processors and Messerschmidt drives
You can use the Messerschmidt attachments with the Culina and Varius motor drives and the Messerschmidt manual drive. With an appropriate adapter (also available from us), the attachments also fit many other food processors, e.g. from Bosch, Bauknecht, Braun, Elektrolux, Elektro-AS, Kenwood, Ritter and Starmix.

Note: Please note that the universal grinder is designed and suitable for household use only. The universal grinder must not be operated on the Messerschmidt grain master. This runs three times too fast for the universal grinder, which can damage the grinder and drive.
