Grain crusher, table model, wooden funnel walnut, incl. clamp. The funnel and crank handle of this grain crusher are made of dark walnut. This wood is a “lover’s wood”, because it stands out clearly from the light common wood tones. The heartwood is dark brown to black and sets an interesting accent by contrasting with the beech wood frame. New to this model are also the adjustment knurled nuts made of stainless steel.

Freshly crushed grain contains all the vital substances of the whole grain and thus forms the basis for a healthy, contemporary diet. The crushing process gently breaks down the grain and the valuable germ oils, carriers of vital substances and enzymes, remain intact. The consistency of the flakes results in a pleasant chewing sensation and gives them a special taste.
