The solid beech wood of the beautifully shaped Eschenfelder grain crushers comes from certified sustainable local forests and is treated with organic linseed oil varnish. The rollers and chute are made of nickel-free stainless steel, the funnel of wood. The simple, solid technology without cogwheels guarantees wear-free roller operation, two wing screws enable infinitely variable flake thickness if required. The open design makes the grain crushers particularly easy to clean. With the Eschenfelder grain crusher. all types of grain (except maize) can be crushed into fresh, natural flakes for a delicious, healthy breakfast. This is the only way to gently break down the valuable ingredients and the germ remains almost intact (in contrast to milled grain). Oil seeds such as sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, linseeds, even poppy seeds and spices can also be processed by using stainless steel rollers – only freshly crushed grains contain all the vital substances and thus form the basis for a tasty, healthy and contemporary diet.
