The Millenia M1 grain mill is the version from the Millenia series for lovers of grain mills with manual fine adjustment. The intuitive operation via a slider, which finely adjusts the grinding degree, is simple and practical. The woods used, such as pine, larch, walnut (Ami Nuss) or white lacquer, make it suitable for any kitchen.

Strong performance

The powerful industrial motor with 400 watts of power always ensures strong drive and performance. Paired with corundum-ceramic grinding stones, this ensures a remarkable grinding performance and the finest flour. The corundum-ceramic grinding stones were newly developed by Werkstück in Tyrol (corundum-ceramic stone is a highly compacted and very hot (up to 2000°C) fired artificial stone consisting of corundum and binder).

Made in the Austrian Tyrol, the Millenia flour mill won the Tyrolean Design and Inventor Award in 2022. Rightly so, because this grain mill is unique.
