Eschenfelder grain flakers with a housing made of solid steamed beech as well as rollers and crank made of nickel-free stainless steel enable a continuously adjustable flake and flour strength for cereals such as spelt, barley, green spelt or rice. Spices, oilseeds, sprouts, lentils, chopped nuts or tea are also ground as required – for optimal aromatic and vitamin-rich processing. Thanks to their open design, Eschenfelder grain flakers are particularly easy to clean. The glass bowl is included in the delivery.
